Flashback - Thanksgiving 2010

Oops! We forgot to include Thanksgiving in South Carolina with the November posts!
Baby Georgie welcomed us to her lovely home!

They even had an extra chair so Dash could sit up (for the first time!)

Oh yeah - Sadie came to.
(and quickly found Junes dress-up jewelry)

gg and Papa met us there too...

Dash was very excited to see Grandma!

It was warm enough to play outside on Henry and June's playground.

Henry was nice enough to push Sadie on the swing.

While Dash snuggled Grandma.
(Watch out for that lingering spit-up Grandma!)

Jill came out to play tag with Sadie and Henry.

All the men were working on the yard - Henry and Sadie decided to help.

Then they got some chalk to decorate the stones.
Henry and Sadie played outside for hours - look at how it is starting to get dark in the picture.

June, on the other hand, was having a fantastic time positioning a zillion tiny toys right where people would be sure to step on them when they came in from being outside.

Dash - looking very Adam-like
Georgie looking at Adam.
Henry and Sadie celebrated their birthdays.
Papa enjoyed some of Uncle Brandon's "wakin' up" coffee.

Sadie and Henry saying "Cheese"

PawPaw strategically leaning away from the barfing baby.
(And Grandma in her perfect heaven - sandwiched between two adorable babies)
And nobody thinks she smiles - you just have to make it worth her while!
Sadie pondering a way to convince us that she needs cake for every meal from now on.
For his birthday, we got Henry a rocket ship that blasts off with vinegar and baking soda.
It is pretty cool because it is not really dangerous, and the boys could shoot it off over and over again.

4...3....2....1...

It was impossible to get the rocket mid-blastoff. The expressions on Uncle Brandon's and PawPaw's faces show that it was a successful launch.
Sadie wasn't really that interested in the rocket - she ran around the yard with June.
Becky's beautiful table.
Turkey Drama.
Becky is making a play for favorite with Dash.
A smile for gg.

Henry showed Sadie how to play some computer ("puter") games.
Aunt Becky and I thought we could get a picture with all the kids in Christmas PJ's.
5 kids - impossible
(check out Georgie in this one and Sadie looks mad)
Georgie's eyes popping
June touching her tongue
Sadie singing
Dash starting to cry (because Sadie stuck her chin into his head)
Good job Henry!
Almost - come on Rookie!

Before we left, we went to the park where we had our pictures the day before.
Wouldn't you know that it was beautiful today - not cold at all - perfect for a family... too late.

The kids climed on the wall
Played in the creeks - here is June leaning over the little bridge
Picked flowers
And had a wonderful day!
