gotta get this on here

FROM DADDY:

Normally when Sadie colors, you can't even tell what she is doing. A few scribbles, a line here or there. BUT CHECK THIS OUT!
Kate made me take it away from her and hang it on the fridge before she remembered her usual ways and demolished it. I think it is a huge step forward!
Anyway, we still have the issue with the old blog post drafts being saved and showing up behind the snow videos, so remember to scroll down a bit to look for new posts.
GO CAVS!

Two things...

1. For some reason, because of the way the drafts were saved, the last few blog posts have not been posted to the top of the page. Please scroll down past the snow videos to see several new posts.

2. I have added a new survey to the bottom of the page. Please lock in your votes now!

Bootleg video from my winter concert

If you know this song, please feel free to sing along...

You may recognize the melody on this next one. Check out at the end when I freestyle a little.

"How 'bout Kwinko Kwinko Widdow Tar?"

And here I am serving up snowball treats before I go off in search of adventure (slowly).

COSI with Mommy - Spring Break 2010

... and SPRING BREAK 2010 continues with a fun trip to COSI! This time, it was just Mommy and I. I had a great time. Hope you like the pictures.

Zoo with Grandma 4-5-10

Mommy and I had SPRING BREAK 2010 together. It was great. As you can see, my Grandma Cooper is always on spring break, so she joined us. With Verizon no longer on the horizon, she's prizin' her time with me. Hey-o! Here we are acting soooo, sooo cool at the zoo. Other spring breakers go to Florida and the Bahamas. Grandma, Mommy, and I hang with the goats.
You need to get your act together, goat. You're lazy. And shave that beard - it looks ridiculous.

Here I am with a goat I call Mr. Widefanny.

The photo shoot continues. This one's for my fans.

And another pose. I'm just hangin'.

Easter at GG's 4-4-10

And the Easter egg hunt parade continues!
It's not really fair to show my gg's and Poppa's garden before everything is in full bloom, but you'll just have to use your imagination. Apparently, those of you who attended my parents' wedding (I had a prior engagement) are familiar with its full glory. But you're probably wondering what happened to all the chairs.

Ummm... Grandma, ummm.... can I borrow some candy? Pweeeeeeeeease?

Yes, my basket really was that full.

Here I am with my lovely Aunt Mowwy, my too-cool-for-school Mommy in her shades, and my gg, who wears out her camera like Aunt Becky at Kenny and Dolly backyard barbecue.

Here, gwumma. Open zis, pweeeeeease. Enchoo. (Here, Grandma. Open this, please. Thank you.)

Birthday Cake (Garrison's Party) 4-3-10

What's better than a day with an Easter egg hunt? A day with an Easter egg hunt AND a birthday party! I like cake. But mostly I like sitting in chairs, then getting up from chairs, then sitting in chairs again, then getting back up again.

Happy 2nd birthday, Garrison! Thanks for inviting me to your party!

Neighborhood Egg hunt 4-3-10

Here I am, back at it. When it's huntin' season, you go out every chance you get.
(Don't worry - I saw the purple one shortly after this shot was taken.)

I picked out the legwarmers, by the way. It doesn't get any more Eastery than this outfit.

By the way, speaking of Eastery, Grandma Duffy got me a Peter Cottontail book that plays the song when you open it. It was in the gift basket on the last post. I read it all the time. Daddy CAN'T GET THE SONG OUT OF HIS HEAD. So he mocks the song and it drives Mommy nuts. He sings, "Hippity, hoppity, Santa's on his sleigh..." which makes Mommy ask him very politely to zip it.

By the way, this hunt is just a bunny hop down the road from our house at Brookside Elementary. This is in the cafeteria. They also had a beanbag toss game (seen below), which I did after the egg hunt. I tried again later and tossed in 4 for 4. The bucket was relatively small and must have been 4 feet away. My Mommy and Daddy were freaking out. But I knew I'd do great.

Here I am trying to look through by bangs at Daddy taking a picture after the egg hunt. We are growing the bangs out, as you can see, and if my hair clip falls out, I'm hopeless. I'm like Cousin Itt. (That has two T's, right? I don't know. I'm 2 - cut me some slack.)

If you need a blog that displays pics in chronological order, take a hike!

Here I am doing some kind of craft.

More bucket toss.

Easter at the Duffys 4-3-10

In case you're wondering, no - this is not fake grass. And it's not green carpet, either. This is really my PawPaw Duffy's grass.

It's pretty amazing. And it makes for a beautiful Easter egg hunt!

And here I am with my Great-Grandma Duffy! She's doing a cool pose. I, of course, am making a mad dash for eggs!

One of the best parts about having all kinds of family nearby is getting to have multiple Easter egg hunts.

Here's another great action shot.

A look.............................. of anticipation......................

Here I am discovering my basket full of presents! I have so many tools now to work in the yard! Or... to put worms on so I can watch them squirm around! I think worms are soooo cute!

The purple ones are the best.

I LOVE CANDY.

Are there any more presents, Grandma?

Now for a selection of shots from my egg hunt:

Great-Grandma is especially good at helping me when I get stuck.
