Sadie at the Pumpkin patch (es)

Well here we are at the pumpkin patch in early October! I am so excited for all of the cool stuff they have here! I bet everything tastes so interesting...
They had some cutouts of various seasonal characters to take pictures. Mommy and I were playing hide and seek in the different picture holes.

I cannot smile for the camera now - can't you see that I am concentrating on my driving! I have kids in the back for goodness sakes!

Wow! Look how tall I am on this kinda creepy measuring board!

I told Mom that if I get really close, I can strech to me over 2 feet.

NOW TO FIND A PUMPKIN!
SO EXCITING!

So many to choose from...

Here I am, channelling the Great Pumpkin to help me choose the perfect pumpkin for me.

This one is great! Mom says it-ll have to wait because it will be rotten by the time Halloween is here... (After this remark, I didn't really understand the point of the trip - but Daddy got some really good apple cider and apples for cinnamon apples, so it was totally worth it!)
So, Dad looks to be in a precarious position and I bet I could move quick enough to get away from Dad and eat some of that straw over there...
Aw Dad! You caught me!
Well, I did not find a suitable pumpkin at the patches around Columbus, so I decided maybe Grandma Duffy would know the best place.

Grandma - these are not pumpkins - these are flowers!
We were surprised to see that some of the sunflowers were still in bloom at Yankee Street Market in C-ville.
Mommy said no thanks to these 2 big guys! She didn't think that she could carry me and the pumpkins at the same time. I suggested the wagon, but we didn't see any seatbelts or child restraints, so Mommy said no.

After the arduous task of trying to find the perfect pumpkin, I relied on my keen sense of taste to choose this little guy. Not for carving, bu okay for chewing!
